Responsibilities
David has been GMI's Utilities Administrator since 1983, with a
five-year stint as a property manager prior to deregulation. Mr.
Farmer handles the contracting and budgeting of gas, electricity,
water and sewer, fuel, and communications for all of Grady Management's
multi-family and office building portfolios as well as for the company's
internal interests. Mr. Farmer also carries the responsibility of
working with clients of Grady Management, Inc. and its subsidiary,
Priority Engineering Services, and property management staffs to
ensure operating costs are kept to a minimum.

Professional Experience
Mr. Farmer's experience at Grady Management, Inc. as a manager of
both property and energy has provided him with understanding of
the needs of all those involved in the operation of an office building
and multi-family community, including the needs of the residents
and lease holders. This experience within Grady Management, Inc.
has been put to use in aiding and advising individuals and property
management firms outside of Grady through its subsidiary, Priority
Engineering Services. Mr. Farmer has helped Grady Management, Inc.,
its internal and external clients reduce and keep utility operating
costs in check and now helps members of the AOBA Alliance, Inc.
achieve similar results.
