Responsibilities
Alan F. Molleur currently serves as Director of Energy and Engineering for Southern Management Corporation, where he is responsible for all utility purchases and mechanical plant performance for a portfolio comprising in excess of 25,000 residential units at sixty-seven different apartment communities and six commercial properties.

Professional Experience
Mr. Molleur has nearly 20 years of property management experience. He began his career as an apartment mechanic while attending business school. After graduation, Mr. Molleur worked as a site manager for a condominium complex in Washington, D.C., and ultimately as the condominium's executive director.

Mr. Molleur's experience includes complete building renovation, with energy efficiency a top priority.

In addition to his duties as President of AOBA Alliance, Inc., Mr. Molleur also serves as President of the Property Management Association (PMA). He teaches for the National Apartment Association and frequently speaks at seminars focusing on utility deregulation and the real estate industry.
